I had the BBQ Salmon and Green Beans.. I popped it in the microwave for 3 mins and GIIRRRRLLL!!! You would’ve thought I just cooked a gourmet meal! It was unbelievably delicious! I’m gonna put some of this food on a plate and get me a husband CHILE!!! I love it. Long Live Long Life! Wish I could give 100 stars!
Absolutely the best place to come to for your nutritional needs. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the meals are so good and also gives the nutrition facts.

I’ve been hooked since my first visit! Food tastes amazing! I love that they tell you how much protein and fat, carbs and calories in what you’re eating! I come in at least once a week if not twice a week to get more. & the sweets are sugar free!!! I would highly recommend!!
Isaw the sign and before leaving the area I stopped in to check out Long Life Meals. The staff have been very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. The second time I visited the store my husband was with me. We enjoyed all the meals as well as the snacks. We've shared this with others. We're looking forward to the event this Saturday July 26 from 10:00-2:00.
Found a place that has variety and still keeps some of the popular items consistent. Definitely helped take the guess work out of my breakfast and lunch prep and saves time from shopping and prepping. Definitely recommend them. The staff is also awesome, very helpful. Love them!!!
